Data we collect
- Name, email, phone number, and company name when provided
- Project notes and platform
- Orders, invoices, status, and change history
- Payment proof uploaded by the customer
What we do not store
PINs, OTPs, payment passwords, and merchant credentials are not requested and are not stored. Account passwords are stored as a hash.
Purpose
Data is used to create an account, answer a consultation, issue an invoice, verify payment, do the ordered work, and keep an audit trail.
Payment proof
Files are stored outside the public directory. Only the order owner and an admin can open them. Type, size, extension, and file contents are checked before storage.
Access and retention
Customers see only their own data. Admins see the operational data the work requires. Order data is kept for the transaction record even after a package is deactivated.
