Services
Vercel Mobile provides licenses and services as described in the package that is active when the order is created. Location-detection results are risk mitigation. Base deployment does not include app-store publishing.
Pricing and invoices
The total is calculated on the server from the catalog price or a saved admin quote. Customers cannot change the amount. The invoice stores a snapshot. Catalog changes apply to new orders.
Payment
Payment is made on the order page for the invoice amount. Paid status follows a recorded payment that matches the invoice. An amount that does not match is not marked paid, and goes to clarification or a refund under the policy.
Revisions and warranty
Minor revisions and bug warranty follow the numbers on the order. Work outside the scope, including new features and architecture changes, is recorded separately and may carry an extra fee stated before the work starts.
Accounts
Users keep their password confidential. Data access is limited to the owner and authorized admins.
Limits
There is no promise that an application is free of every defect or virus, or that one location signal proves fraud. Liability is limited to the scope written on the order.
